its all about the 6th (? sounds about right maybe seventh but the history on first 2 is kinda outa continuity since the last 4 were the Gold Coast 2000 was Disneyland and the 99 was Salvation army, before that of course I'd have no clue as the station only started in 99 here) annual Jingle Bail, Mike JJ and Dom in the cell, Mike looking to claim a maori sports award (or will at least be watching them), Caro spent the night at the cell, the announcements over the speaker system still run during the overnight Mike thinking of spending christmas money to get the date with Caro, big money collection, $91k or so counted so still looking for the last 9000

Mike has found some TV work again, filling in for the C4 chart show, (although of course jingle bail will be over when it airs but they still can collect extras) old starbucks helping out, but then a big ol' Cream Attack happened, bad odours all around of course its all about the big week they've had and the tiredness so its not really what they needed at this stage, JJ got really angry at the folks who did it and what she said isn't quite able to be repeated

the big donations coming in, people who have donated stuff for auction, Telecom, Hell Pizza (new store opening just down in studentville soon) and of course the big thing is that they may be near the total but its still good to get more than the total, Mike feels kinda guilty about when charity people call lots of coinage goes a long way, thinking one of the reasons people are so generous to Jingle Bail is that they get a sense of actually knowing the kids they're gonna help

and Caro has spent her night there, worried that Dan Carter may not turn up might have had a big night, big news, some big exec getting a huge bonus, most of the news stories are the bad news, but people who donate to Jingle Bail are all good, more about JJ's big burst of anger last night might have to apologize, big auctions ending soon, a lunch date with a married woman (which after eventually going to the old trademe found out was JJ) going for $300 username "DomHarvey" also available is a photo signed by them Desperate Housewives cast, last years signed Michael Murphy CD might not be worth much now, but DH is the big thing now worldwide so it'll go up in value, Caros date going $1300, makes more money on the date than in the job so she might just live on Trademe, XboX stuff (is Xbox 360 out in NZ yet?)

and Judys last night at TV One news tonight (one for the ages) wondering if she should donate some of that big salary to help Jingle Bail (How about Susan?) anyways more donations coming in, Paul the Bulgarian (no relation to Eva) who runs one of the coffee shops down in the area giving a promotion, so this year they've added the bracelet dealy like every other charity (of course we can thank Lance for that still I guess it lasts longer than just a sticker) Business Ideas, since theres Drive Thru Coffee, cheese filed pizza Crust (already done of course)

of course its supposed to be a summer song, but one mishead lyric that I notice is that "happy nights" actually sounds like "Hockey Nights" to me which reminds me of Ice Hockey heh but yea its alright ***
and just like the old Telethons they'll do anything for your money (and unlike the Telethon they try and follow through and actually get the money) someone wanting "Burpies" which actually means star jumps or something (how? I dunno) of course gets confused with actually doing burps, Dom had some surgery so instead might give some girls "Herpies" heh, Steven From Dunedin had to pash Dom yesterday (HAH!)

Back in the Cell, Dunkin' Donuts (mmmmmmm donuts) helping out, Dom won the auction for a date with JJ $380 had to "Protect his Property" Another Fish & Chip shop over in Oamaru donating $300 Mikes dad will be over there wants fish & chips for breakfast (hmm if I aint up until midday I might take a trip down the road and have "Lunch would be breakfast" which is almost the same thing but not really haha)

2 hours left in the cell, Caro is back and she's catching up on some sleep, Dan Carter joining them soon, heres Steven From Dunedin doing the collecting that he does, and yes after seeing the 2003 effort in person he's definatly great when it comes getting the job done, some people get annoyed with him, some can't forgive the station for putting people through the Crazy Frog insanity, and heres the Classified section, we have 4 reccomendations for Steven to get a job, "he'll do anything as long as he's allowed to work with a transistor in his hand" a letter from someone whose seen the work Steven has done at the Edgar Centre and have mailed in a donation they forgot to give to Steve in person, and it is the father of one of the kids he helps out at the Edgar Centre, feel the emotion, Steven is crying but it is all about the great work that Steven does

news and weather, Censorship contraversy of last nights Elton John Concert mentions the superbowl contraversy although it was on a different network (ooh yes triple header of NFL this weekend, get a Saturday Night game on Sunday Afternoon)

Mike plugging his C4 show (and I'm actually thinking today is also Jase's last day on TV with Headliners being cancelled and being Judy's last day, so it could be the end of the season) anyways new total coming up, everyones wasted again, passed out don't know where they've been (well OK they know their in the Jingle Bail Cell collecting money for the kids) and heres Stevens annual rendition of "We Wish You A Merry Christmas" heh @ "Lucky Stevens not more famous or Mike would've been Screwed on Sing Like A Superstar" although with the "Celebrities" on that show who knows? I'll be damned if I pay enough attention to NZ TV to know who some of the people on that show actually were on the one episode that I suffered through although I did watch it semi muted since I was doing a top 20 rant at the same time) and their past the $100,000 target already, but they are gonna collect extra money of course and possibly do the "First XV" type trip they did

anyways they could leave the cell already, but of course they still have a show to do, Dan Carter still to come, and I think this is the earliest they've announced that they reached the target since it's usually during the 9am hour the "Christmas Turkey" contest winner who had to smash their crockery is giving back $400 of the $5000 they won, heres a business donation or 2 from Luxaflex (?) doing the running around collecting the cash from the employees also some of the folks from a fishing trip the boss went on, one who has past experiences with JJ (being from the Waikatoland and all) JJ getting some wine tips, or rather trying to get the guy to give up the drink to find the funds, otherwise they double up on their original offer of $100, and get alot of plugging out of it for the business in total $1385 from everyone

targets all over, Horse was helping out vacuuming the shop floor of Max, King Kong interviews coming up on the afternoon show (probably will see the movie next week) of course back to Jingle bail and while the target may be reached, Donations are still of course accepted more of the thanking of the people involved, JJ's apology to the Starbucks crew mentioning of JJ's outburst last night (ZM diss in there mentioning Pauline haha)

yea its ok enough *** I would kinda be interesting in seeing "Get Rich Or Die Trying" the movie but probably wouldn't go see it at the cinema
and thanking everyone for donating every little bit of money they could, all the people who have donated to the $100 club go and support the businesses that Donate JJ's Radiochick webmaster helping in there (since that site did come along I had kinda been thinking about making my site the counter to that, and actually making it "Radiogeek" but nah don't have the funds for that sorta thing)

One of the most annoying voices ever, and I still have the damn "Your Beautiful" in my head although I really have been trying to stay away from it but its easy to mock at least and it does seem a little too "Easy Listening" for the Edge audience in my opinion, but then I guess it must be doing alright since people like it enough to be played here **
JJ over at "Swirl" one of the "Eateries" who have been providing some of the food and drink adding an extra $100, Daniel is someone whose already been on a Jingle Bail trip and this time he's been helping out

OK not too new, but still a good song, nice to see they've made it to the 2nd album though actually haven't heard the old "Swing Swing" for a while though, "The Last Song" was also pretty good, also another reccomendation of the Title track of the album, this one "Move Along" ****
JJ catching up with the Farmers crew, having to apologize to the Farmers, calling the people that caused the "accident" an "unknown coffee shop that rhymes with Car Ducks" if theres a cleaning bill charge it to THEM, Farmers has also been operating a little raffle during the week to raise funds, lots of toys in there, the crowd is building up for Dan, only 1 person is there to see Dom and JJ

everyone is circling around the cell, should've just promoted it that he would be there at anytime, what would happen if a riot happened? well the madhouse crew would be safe in the cell, Steven From Dunedin is around and has dried his eyes (mate...) looking at the Canterbury fans in the crowd, has something to give back to the Madhouse guys, it's their christmas present, a hamper, Steven gets a kiss from JJ (but goes in for a pash but no, he doesn't get that) of course it just wouldn't be Jingle Bail without Steven so heres the invitation for the trip and of course Steven has been on enough international travel now to know that customs will be onto him if he tries to take some fruit internationally
Dan has arrived, was thinking Caro wouldn't actually do it, he's made the trip to the ATM, and the $500 in $50 notes is donated, short break, because the big Super 14 is coming soon, the All Black UK/Ireland tour of course

don't hear this as much as "Ocean Avenue" and "Only One" and it does rank as the best single from the Ocean Ave album in my opinion, new single "Lights & Sounds" of course more goodness ****
11 minutes left until their released, Belinda Henly TV3's entertainment reporter is on the phone, and has been all over to see the various King Kong premieres, Peter Jackson having to see the 3hours alot of times (including during all the editing and all that, but does aparently sneak off during the premieres, Belinda has $100 to donate "It Takes a week to earn $100 @ TV3, You guys know about Canwest" but the challenge is for JJ to kiss Dan Carter, JJ is trying to get more out of the deal, a night on the town a few drinks, JJ's all sminted up, and we're reminded of the JJ/Caro hot lesbian action from last year, Dom is all OK with it as well, is even OK if JJ accidentally screams Dan's name later on, and there they go, not only did Belinda help out the kids, but helped JJ
